Using the message's Status report, you can quickly determine if a particular message has been delivered to a specific user.
- Product: ANCILE uAlign
- Ensure that the proper organization name is displayed in the upper left.
- Click the Manage tab.
- Click Messages on the left navigation bar.
- Click the View Status/View Responses icon to the right of a message.
- Select View Status to view the message's status report page.
- In the Search box displayed in the upper-right corner of the table of subscribers, type the name or email address of the user whom you want to verify. If the message has been delivered to the user, then the user's name will appear in the table.
